In 2002, the WhiteLight Group was founded with a vision of providing quality services with exceptional experience in the areas of enterprise solutions, business intelligence, supply chain, and employee/supplier self-service technologies.

Over the last six years, WhiteLight Group has grown to over 40 consultants in four midwestern offices and has continually expanded its depth and breadth of service offerings.

Jeff Sarandos - President

Jeff is a founding partner of the WhiteLight Group. As President of WhiteLight Group, Jeff provides the strategic vision and leads key areas of the business including, planning, sales / marketing activities and delivery of consulting services. Jeff is most proud of the culture that makes the WhiteLight Group such a great place to work.

During Jeff’s tenure as President, the WhiteLight Group has expanded geographically into 3 new cities and diversified its service and products lines. Prior to WhiteLight Group, Jeff worked in industry in various IT positions as well as serving in Vice President and National Practice Leader roles for two major Midwest based consulting firms.

Jeff and his wife Dawn have two children, Elizabeth and Alexander. He is involved with the Boys and Girls Club as well as other charities. Keith Kummer - CFO

As a founding partner of the WhiteLight Group, Keith is the firm’s CFO and plays a leading role in managing the operations of WLG. In addition, Keith is involved in business development activities and delivery of consulting services.

Keith has over 20 years of diverse financial, distribution, and information systems experience. He has worked with clients in the manufacturing, distribution, financial, government, and professional services industries. His software package experience includes implementation of JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Axapta solutions. Prior to WLG, Keith worked in industry in various finance positions as well as managing the JD Edwards consulting practice for a major Midwest based consulting firm.

Keith is involved with the Boys and Girls Club as well as other charities. He is an instrument rated private pilot and is active in aviation. In his spare time, Keith enjoys hunting, fishing and water sports. He is a CPA and a 1983 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a degree in Accounting. Paul Demes - Partner

Paul has responsibilities for WhiteLight Group’s product and consulting services operations in Illinois and northern Indiana, including marketing and sales, delivery, and overall P&L management. Paul also works closely with our partner organizations in on-going business development and professional training and certification. Additionally, he works directly with a small subset of clients to personally assist with their project objectives and solution assurance. He has spent his consulting career working closely with premiere Fortune 500 and mid-market manufacturers and distributors such as EMI Music, Bosch, Tenneco, ACCO, and several divisions of Emerson Electric, to name a few.

Before joining White Light Group, Paul served as Managing Executive of Chicago for divine, Inc.’s Professional Services division, and held similar leadership positions with marchFirst and Whittman-Hart in Chicago. Prior to joining Whittman-Hart, Paul was with Ernst & Young’s Great Lakes Management Consulting group within its midrange practice, and was in charge of Information Systems at software developer System Software Associates (SSA).

Paul began his career with American Hospital Supply Corporation which soon became Baxter Healthcare Corporation. He held various positions starting as developer and evolving to management and business development within the Corporate Marketing, American Data Services, Hospital Systems, and Operating Room Divisions. During this period, he was focused on the development, implementation, and support of departmental management information systems for hospitals and other healthcare institutions throughout the country.

Mike Schultz - Partner

Mike Schultz joined the WhiteLight Group as one of the founders of the company. His years of client delivery and consulting management have helped form this innovative professional services organization.

Mike has led the sales/delivery efforts for the geographic regions of Northern Wisconsin and Kansas City while providing technical sales support assistance to the other regions. He has helped build our Business Objects sales and delivery team which has been recently awarded Gold certification by Business Objects.

His 15 years of software implementation, business process improvement, and technical solution experiences in industries from manufacturing to government has given him the breadth of knowledge to provide both strategic and tactical assistance to any organization. Mike’s contributions have been recognized in two books about JD Edwards and ERP. He has worked extensively with American Software (ASI), BPCS, and JD Edwards ERP packages.

Mike is married with two children and is involved with local children’s charities. He enjoys time with his family in the Wisconsin Northwoods doing fishing, hunting, and motor sports. Mike is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in the Management of Computer Science with an emphasis in Economics.
